How does alerts on Solarwinds work?

Hi All,

Actually, I have an issue with an alert I set up using the Basic Alert Manager on Solarwinds Orion.

I set up a CPU load alert but I'm having confusions with the "Time of Day " part.

Please see attachment below.

If I set Time of Day to be from 08:00AM to 08:59PM, does it mean that I will not receive alerts from nodes that have CPU loads triggered at say, before 08:00AM and after 08:59PM?

Is it CPU load triggers that occur during the the time frame that I would receive only?

I just want to know if that is how the alert works.
